FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS — No minimum spend. No hidden fees. Always.
1. Order processing
All Hipety orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note: business days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm will begin processing on the following Monday.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@hipety.com.
2. Shipping destinations
Hipety currently ships to the following destinations:

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)
We do not currently ship to international addresses outside the United Kingdom. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at hello@hipety.com.
3. Delivery timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

IMPORTANT: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The delivery clock starts from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.
4. Order tracking
Every Hipety order includes tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

A link to track your parcel in real time

Estimated delivery date
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@hipety.com with your order number.
5. Customs, duties, and import charges
IMPORTANT: Hipety products are shipped from overseas. Although we do everything possible to ensure smooth delivery, your order may occasionally be subject to customs inspection. In rare cases, As we ship to UK addresses only, import duties do not typically apply to our customers. In the rare event of any customs inspection, we will work to resolve it on your behalf. and are not covered by Hipety.
In most cases, orders arrive without any additional charges. However, by placing an order with Hipety, you acknowledge and accept that customs delays or charges may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
6. Shipping delays
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to:

High order volumes during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)

Severe weather conditions

Carrier disruptions or strikes

Customs processing
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@hipety.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either locate your parcel or send a replacement at no extra cost.
7. Wrong address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Hipety is not liable for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@hipety.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
8. Lost or missing parcels
If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbours or anyone else at your address

Check any safe places or outbuildings where the courier may have left it

Contact your local delivery depot with your tracking number
If your parcel is still missing after taking these steps, please contact us at support@hipety.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement.
9. Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately

Email the photos to support@hipety.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number in the email
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases.
