Hipety is an online pet brand operated by Hipety Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). Our team manages the business remotely, and orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfilment partner and shipped to the UK from China. We are not a physical retail store and sell exclusively online to customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

International transfers: because our fulfilment partner is based in China, our team manages the business remotely from outside the UK, and some of our service providers (such as Shopify, Google and Meta) process data in other countries, your personal data may be transferred outside the UK. Where we do this, we take steps to protect it using the safeguards available to us, such as the provider's data protection terms and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
